Technological change and automation have been a cause for specific, unusual, and new kinds of trauma across geographies and times, particularly for the most marginalized among us. This violence is often mental, and the trauma, unseen: they open up psychic wounds that can harden us, and limit our vitality. In many cases, these wounds can disconnect us from the possibilities of our true selves, individually defined. How do we learn to live with technological change as it shapes our internal life?”
